Author M. D. Cooper brings us the next chapter in the Orion War. Picking up where the last book left off Jessica and her crew are still trying to reach Star City but they've run into Caretakers and Jessica has found out that she can obsorb them. But their desperate attempt to get back home has caused them to open a rift and let in the monsters that dewll in the dark layer. That happened and they then opened a jump gate bascily flooding the system with them like running water. As this is going on Tangel and Sara are finishing up at the ring that was the center of the transseced. Joe is still follwoing after his daughters and is worried about Clary and how she has aborbed A1 into her and has conviced the Orion AI that controls a station out in the middle of Orion space that she is who she is. This has taken a toll on Joe but with Tangel by his side they're find them. This is a great book and I'm looking foward to reading the next in the series. I highly recommend it to all science fiction fans.
