Authors J.R. Rain & Chanel Smith brings us a tale of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as told by Watson's point of view. London's eastend is just getting over a werewolf indecent when a string of murders begin to happen. The one thing is that they're all men and they're all drained of their blood. Enter Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson whom have been tasked with salving the mystery. But things heat up when one of Dr. Watson's friends a Bar keep goes missing. Sherlock and Watson are then introduced to the Duke of Tech whom explains that he is a vampire and that Queen Victoria has signed off on an agency of which he is in command of. That agency is MI-6 and one of Sherlock's former lovers Irene Adler is agent 004. Sherlock and the Duke along with the agency's handlers (Vampire hunters) go after the fiend while using Watson as bait. This is a great book and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I highly recommend this book to all Sherlock Holmes fans and mystery fans too.
