Author's A.K. Duboff & M.D. Cooper bring us the conclusion of the Serenity duology. Terry and Cyrus bring down the High Table and the house system along with it. It all starts when Terry goes to her former dock worker friends and gives them a speech about what they could do but it is up to one of her friends to say to the others, "Hey what if we had a day off?" This starts the revolution that the two of them wanted. The revolution spreads to all five of the moons of Serenity causing massive fleets to be launched and head for the Perseus. The Ship that brought their for fathers to the system and the AI who wants humanity to learn from their own mistakes. But the AI calls in help from Star City the Dyson Sphere and Tanis, the daughter of Jessica from Sabrina of the inner core systems brings her own fleet to help the government in the system stabilize. Again this book has echos of Dune and of what Children of Dune did to the empire do did Terry and Cyrus. I highly recommend this series and if M.D. Cooper and A.K. Duboff write more about these characters I'll be looking forward to reading it.
