Author Alexa Spagnoli brings us the tale of Cyn and how she became one of Las Vegas's well respected Madames. The book opens with her and Joe Spagnoli walking into a condo that Frank Sinatra owns and with Joe introducing her to Frank. Then it jumps back a bit to give us a background on Joe and his operation and who he has ties with in the Chicago mob. Then in the second half of the book we are reintroduced to Cyn and how her and her brain make the best of the situation as she finds love and has a son with Joe Jr. One day as her operation is running smoothly she runs into a gangster from New York who holds a gun to a printers head, Cyn steps in and defuses the situation but we find out that this man Ricky is the one who shot and killed her husband JR. Cyn and her son and her father in law may want revenge but as tensions escalate it becomes clear what Cyn must do to protect her family. This is a great book and would make for a great film too. I highly recommend it.
