Editor Cheryl Henson brings us back to the planet Thra and the Dark Crystal. This book contains five, five chapter stories that really get you into the mind of the Gelfings, podlings and Skikies who live on the planet Thra during the time a thousand trine (years) before the film. Everyone one of the five stories deals with how the Skekies have betrayed the land and are stealing the essence or life force from the Gelflings and Podlings. This is a great short anthology that take you back to Thra and I'm looking forward to reading the four book series that follows. I highly recommend this book for all Fantasy fans.
