Author Tamara Ferguson brings us the tale of Ariella and Birch two people who meet lifetimes ago and are now finding each other for a third time. Airella is a graduate of the Witches Academy and has powers that combined with Birth's that can stand up against pure evil. Airella wanted to go to Paris to study her art work while Birch had his grandfather wanting him to find a place to settle down. Airella decides to go to their old family cabin in Crystal Rock and it's there that Birch is headed as well. He doesn't meet her at first but he recognizes her art work and is pulled toward it. He ends up buying all of it that he could. But while she is settling into the cabin she knows that it has to be modernized and he comes along and takes on the job. This is a short novella but I enjoyed it and I recommend it to all Fantasy fans.
