Author Sarah K.L, Wilson brings us the opening chapter of a the Dragon Tide saga with Dragonlet. Seleska who is a princess of a far away land found herself on the shore of her village ten years ago. Now on her sixteenth birthday she finds a small blue Dragon. The Blue Dragon's have been known to sink ships which is why the fisherman of her village only fish from the shore. Her best friend and appurtenance blacksmith Heron helps her hid the little blue dragon from her adoptive parents. Her father tells her that he is taking her and her friend to the major city on the island on the day after her birthday so she can sell her shell jewelry and her friend can join the blacksmiths there. But while they're there a boat which has been forbidden to the island nation has docked and shoulders come ashore. This causes Seleska to flee into the ocean with the small blue Dragon with her. These events being Selsaka's adventures and I'm looking forward to reading what comes next in the series. I highly recommend this book to all Fantasy fans.
