Author T.G. Ayer brings us the second part of Resonance. Evie is still in the dungeons under the main building in Greystone and the preparation for her trial has begun. Her counsel gets her freed from her cell in order for her to take a bath and change cloths but while she is doing this she and her counsel discuss what they know. She knows that she in innocent of the crime of which she is convicted and that the brotherhood is looking for a scapegoat in order to pin the murder of their former master on. Luckily for Evie there is a Titan on her side who wants to know the whole truth about what happend and will work to make sure that Evie isn't put to death. As this is going on the gargoyles that have been guarding her finally let her in on something only they know. I won't give away the ending but I highly recommend this short novella and the rest of the series. I am looking forward to reading the next book when it comes out.
