Author Lorraine Carey brings us a tale of generations. Starting in Italy Selena a mother of both a boy and a girl decides not to take anything from a gypsy. That causes the gypsy to curse her daughter and set the whole story into motion. Selena then finds out that that she needs the blood of that gypsy in order to stop the curse. She dose what she needs to but the curse doesn't stop there even though her daughter is well again. We then jump to her great-great granddaughter Faith and the fact that she is pregnant. Faith then learns of everything that happened as well as telling her husband Connor and her best friend. Her mother Juylianna then takes it upon herself to make arrangements for them to Italy and the village where everything started. Faith then begins to really feel her sixth sense kicking in and knows that something is wrong. She tells her mother. I won't give away the ending but I will say this, I highly recommend this book to everyone.
