Author R.B. O'Brien brings us a collection of short poems that strike at your heart. She has a way with words that make you feel everything from love to lust to sadness. The poems within the 95 pages of this book are so potent that you can't help but want to best for her and as a reader it really makes you think. Some of them would be great to say to the person that you love. I highly recommend this Almost Poetry book and her previous Run my lipstick poetry book too.
