The Narrative of Benjamin White by Aaron D. Brinker

Author Aaron D. Brinker brings us the tale of Benjamin White a shoulder from the later half of the 19th century. Two men come across an oasis in the desert and a man who looks out of his time, this man tells them a story about how he failed to tell one of his officers to check a roof top and was killed because he didn't. Then Ben is taken out into the desert by two enemy shoulders who want to take him to their command for interrogation. After Ben kills them he wonders the desert. This is a great short book and one that is not to be missed.
