Halo: Saint's Testimony by Frank O'Connor

Author Frank O'Connor brings us a short quick read in the Halo universe with Saint's Testimony. This short deals with the one AI that was recognized by both the UNSC and the UEA as a person and citizen. Iona which is the name of the AI is on her last days before the UNSC deactivates her for she has served her seven years. She doesn't want to be deactivated and is put on trial for wanting to live longer. Now this isn't a new concept and it dose remind me of the ST:TNG episode Measure of a Man in which they put Data on trial. But besides that this is a great short read in the Halo universe and I highly recommend it to all science fiction fans.
