Skin Deep takes us on a tale of murder and mayhem in the dark under belly of Chicago but manly focuses on two people, the first is a skin walker or were panther who is an alpha, the second is the man that falls for her and tries to protect her from the dangers that she gets into he is a member of an elite group of magic users, events unfold that bring the two of them together but I must say this, this is only the beginning and yes there is a short prequel to this book called Pyros which I recommend to read before this. This series would make for a good TV series, and I recommend it to everyone who likes paranormal or wizards and weres alike.
